What does the registration fee include?
The full in-person conference registration fee includes access to all general sessions, 200+ concurrent sessions and the Expo. Workshops and the Awards Gala are an additional cost. Meals are not included, with the exception of the Awards Gala and First-time Attendee Orientation.

What does the On-Demand registration include?
On-Demand attendees will receive:
  • Access to the virtual platform, including 55 on-demand sessions for up to 60 days after the event. Sessions will include the Opening and Closing General Sessions.
  • Please note there will be no live streaming of sessions during the event.
What is your speaker/presenter registration policy?
All speakers and presenters are required to register for CareerTech VISION. All accepted speakers/presenters will receive additional information to register online. If you have questions about registering as a speaker/presenter please contact Jaime Alston, Senior Director, Conferences, Meetings & Events.

What is your cancellation policy?
Confirmed registrants may cancel and receive a full refund, minus a $100 administrative fee through Sept.15, 2023, for standard conference registration fees. Fifty percent (50%) of the standard conference registration fee will be refunded for cancelations received from Sept. 18, 2023 through Oct. 13, 2023. Cancelation requests received after Oct. 13, 2023 are nonrefundable.

Regarding transfer requests
Confirmed in-person registrants may transfer to virtual registration with no penalty through  Sept.15, 2023 for standard conference registration fees. A price difference refund minus a $25 registration transfer fee will be added for transfer requests from Sept. 18, 2023 through Oct. 13, 2023. Transfer requests received after Oct. 13, 2023 are nonrefundable.
