ACTE's CareerTech VISION 2026 Expo will be on Thursday, December 3 and Friday, December 4 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, LA.
Exhibit Hall Hours*
Thursday, December 3, 8:15 am - 4:30 pm
Friday, December 4, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
*Expo hours are subject to change if in the best interest of the conference. Exhibitors will be given as much advance notice as possible.

Setup and dismantle
Display space will be available for setup on the following days and times.
Move-In/Set-up/Registration
Tuesday, December 1, 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Wednesday, December 2, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Move-Out
Friday, December 4, 3:00 pm – 10:00 pm
Expo move-out will begin at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. All exhibits must remain in place until that time; exhibitors who dismantle prior to 3:00 p.m. may be subject to fees.
