ACTE's CareerTech VISION 2025 Expo will be on Wednesday, December 10 and Thursday, December 11 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, TN.

Wednesday, December 10, 10:00 am - 4:30 pm
Thursday, December 11, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
*Expo hours are subject to change if in the best interest of the conference. Exhibitors will be given as much advance notice as possible.

Setup and dismantle
Display space will be available for setup in the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center on the following days and times.
Move-In/Set-up/Registration
Monday, December 8, 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Tuesday, December 9, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Move-Out
Thursday, December 11, 3:00 pm – 10:00 pm
Expo move-out will begin at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. All exhibits must remain in place until that time; exhibitors who dismantle prior to 3:00 p.m. may be subject to fees.
