Exhibit hours
The 2023 CareerTech Expo will be on Thursday, November 30 and Friday, December 1 at the Phoenix Convention Center in Phoenix, AZ.
Exhibit Hours
Thursday, November 30, 10:00 am - 4:30 pm
Friday, December 1, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
Expo hours are subject to change if in the best interest of the conference. Exhibitors will be given as much advance notice as possible.

Setup and dismantle
Display space will be available for setup in the Phoenix Convention Center on the following days and times.
Move-In/Set-up/Registration
Tuesday, November 28, 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Wednesday, November 29, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Move-Out
Friday, December 1, 3:00 pm – 10:00 pm
Expo move-out will begin at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. All exhibits must remain in place until that time; exhibitors who dismantle prior to 3:00 p.m. may be subject to fees.
