Expo Dates and Hours

To help in your planning purposes, below are details about expo hours, location, and move-in/move-out days and times.

Exhibit hours

The 2022 CareerTech Expo will be on Thursday, December 1 and Friday, December 1 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV, North Hall 2.

Exhibit Hours

Thursday, December 1, 10:00 am - 4:30 pm

Friday, December 2, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

Expo hours are subject to change if in the best interest of the conference. Exhibitors will be given as much advance notice as possible.

Setup and dismantle

Display space will be available for setup in the Las Vegas Convention Center on the following days and times.

Move- In/Set-up/Registration

Tuesday, November 29, 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Wednesday, November 30, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

Move-Out

Friday, December 2, 3:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Saturday, December 3, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm

Expo move-out will begin at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. All exhibits must remain in place until that time; exhibitors who dismantle prior to 3:00 p.m. may be subject to fees.

VISION 2023: Phoenix, AZ , November 29 - December 2
VISION 2024: San Antonio, TX, December 4 - December 7
VISION 2025: Nashville, TN, December 10 - December 13
