Exhibit hours and locations
The 2018 CareerTech Expo will be open Thursday, November 29 and Friday, November 30 at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center—Hall 2.
Exhibit Hours
Thursday, November 29, 10:00 am – 5:30 pm
- Dedicated Expo Time, 10:00 am – 11:45 am
- Dedicated Expo Time, 12:45 pm – 2:00 pm
- Networking Hour Reception, 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm
Friday, November 30, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
- Dedicated Expo Time, 9:00 am – 10:15 am
- Expo Hall Coffee Break, 9:00 am – 10:15 am
- Dedicated Expo Time, 12:45 pm – 2:00 pm
Expo hall hours are subject to change if in the best interest of the conference. Exhibitors will be given as much advance notice as possible.

Setup and dismantle
Display space will be available for setup in the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center on the following days and times.
Move- In/Set-up/Registration
Tuesday, November 27, 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Wednesday, November 28, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
Move-Out
Friday, November 30, 3:00 pm – 10:00 pm
Saturday, December 1, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
Expo move-out will begin at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. All exhibits must remain in place until that time; exhibitors who dismantle prior to 3:00 p.m. may be subject to fees.
